With Enterprise ReadyPass, customers can now check in before their rental by providing a few details for a more convenient, low-touch rental experience. With ReadyPass, we can help our customers save time at the rental office and get on the road faster.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Email Notification
Approximately 48 hours prior to rental pick-up, customers will receive an email invitation to register.
2. Online Check-in
The registration form only requires confirmation of the rental details, the customer’s valid driver’s license, mailing address, and credit card information.
3. Protection
Optional protections and convenient add-on products such as GPS and infant car seats are also available.
4. Confirmation
With just a confirmation email you will be all set! Customers can then drive into the branch, sign the contract electronically, and be on their way in a vehicle backed by the Thorough Clean Pledge.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • On the day of rental, customers will follow distancing instructions for a safe, low-contact experience.
  • The rental agent will request the driver’s license and payment method.
  • Clients will sign in electronically, get their keys, and be on their way in a vehicle backed by our Thorough Clean Pledge.
